What’s the scariest weather situation you’ve experienced?

Three years ago we drove through Tulsa on our way to Wisconsin. We ran in to the most horrifying thunderstorm. Lightening was striking all around us and Dave could barely see the road in broad daylight. The kids went from hooting and hollering to dead silence. They were humbled and scared.

Love the painting! Are the other sisters keeping you apprised of their weekend activities? Hope you have a good weekend, too!

Hi Janet,
I live about 45 miles from Tulsa and we have thunderstorms like that all the time. I've lived in Oklahoma all my 50 years, very used to it. But they are scary and especially driving. I have that very Monet sunflower print in my living room. I love impressionist artists. It's funny I posted a Van Gogh print on my blog yesterday! What is the answering game?

Hi Terri,

I love impressionists. I got to see Monet art at the Bellagio Art Museum in Las Vegas. That was a thrill.

The answering game is called Friday Feast. Donna features it every Friday on her blog. It's a fun way to get to know people on the internet. I was being lazy last night and stole her idea.

re: Amy's Humble Musings -

Thanks for thinking that my comment was the "best ever!" hahaha!

That guy is hilarious!

(the reason I said that is I really am adopted and my older sister always told me that my legs acted like they weren't attached to the rest of my body -hahaha!)

God bless!
