A Must See

The Amazing Grace webpage.

I have not seen the movie yet but two ladies in the blog world have given it great reviews.

Carmon writes about it here.

DHM writes about it here and here.

We hope to see it this weekend. We'll take our 3 oldest; 14, 13, and 11.

I saw it this past Sunday and enjoyed it very much. I agree with DHM suggestions that a little familiarization with the character names will help.

In my post about the movie, I focused on the my earliest memory of singing Amazing Grace.

Do you remember yours?

PS Another good talking point in the trickery with which the legislators were able to get the bill passed! Not uncommon today either!!

I would have linked to you too, Dana had I known. Sorry.

I honestly don't remember the first time I sang Amazing Grace but I'm sure the first time I understood the significance was in college after my conversion.

I downloaded and printed the study guide off the Amazing Grace webpage. It will be assigned reading for anyone interested in seeing the movie.
