Sisters! and Football!

Here we are at James' football game on Saturday afternoon.

It was good to be together.

That is an understatement but I don't have words to describe how special it was to all be together.

We talked and laughed and ate and talked some more. We interrupted EVERY conversation and never finished a conversation or came back to them much later.

I am soooo incredibly blessed by these dear ones.

Thank you Lord for giving them to me.

Sunday afternoon we had an end of the year football party in our back yard.

We were expecting 120 people and I think they all showed up.

Isn't that grill amazing?

That's my boy getting his plaque. He had a great season.

Let the weight loss begin.

I went back to the personal trainer and I'm ready.

I'll post updates.

Yes, it was a great weekend!!!

At one point I was across the table from all 3 girls and Nick was next to me, and I just looked at him and said "aren't I lucky" and he said, "yeah, you are Mom".

The next day, in the car with just the boys, Spencer said, "wow, you guys talk a lot!" oh, yeah!!

Yay!!! I am so glad you had a great time!

Looks like I am going to have to make phone calls to get the real, long version of the weekend!

I didn't know Nancy would be there!

Yippee!

Ouch.

I can't walk. And I tripped in the grocery store just now.

How's that?

Four sisters together! I didn't have any sisters growing up. After I had my first child, my dad and his wife had a daughter. She is 26 years younger than me. More like a niece.
