This and That

First, my Costco finds of the week:

Gourds

Pizza

Margherita Pizza by Palmero's. Yum.

A crispy, thin crust pizza topped with Italian style cheeses, and a garlicky mixture of tomatoes and basil.

We are loving this new find. It is a nice lite dinner and would be paired nicely with a fresh salad. I usually am very desperate when I pull out a frozen pizza but this one is worth it and it is delicious. Great to have on hand.

And Brie Cheese

Oh.my. This stuff is amazing. It is smooth and creamy and even the rind is soft and tender.

***************

Most of you know I am a late bloomer in the 'reading of classics' department.

I am enjoying Jane Eyre very much and thought I'd show this beautiful book that I won in a contest at Carmon's place.

Isn't it beautiful?

That pizza sounds amazing! I will look for it here in Wi. Did you get it at Costco too?

Your gourds look pretty in that basket!

Do you know the mystery of Jane Eyre yet?

Yes I got the pizza at Costco. You get 4 pizzas/box.

I don't know the mystery of Jane Eyre. I've been happy and oblivious all these years ;) but at least I can enjoy the books when I finally read them.

And what a neat book you get to read out of.

We don't have a Costco. I wonder if that pizza is exclusive to them.

At first I was going to ask you if you eat those bumpy things, but then I realized that they are gourds for decorations. Ha ha, you know some squash is bumpy and I can never bring myself to cook the bumpy ones. We don't have a Costco in OK, but a Sam's and Food Pyramid. That book is neat, I haven't read Jane Eyre in years, it was good. My son loves brie, he is a fan of specialty foods, well, that's what I would call them. He loves crab cakes and lobster bisque and swiss cheese, rangoons, just different stuff.
