I dread these things- because I know I talk abut myself wayyyy too much. But you asked for it dearie!
-I lived on a ranch outside of Denver when I was little and rode horses at age 3. -I am a sermon junkie. I'd rather listen to sermons online or on radio than Christian music. -My favorite food groups are breads and veggies -I love major league baseball -I like to hang clothes on the line- but often forget them till the next morning. THERE! This was an egomaniac's dream. Start every sentence with the word 'I'
Donna! I learned new things about you today. :) Yeah for Patrick.
Anita, you did a great job. I'm tired of talking about myself that's why I asked you to talk. So, who is your favorite pastor/speaker? Do you download them from the internet or order them by mail? I LOVE Grace to You and have a great collection of John MacArthur CD's.
Well, since you asked: I like John MacArthur and John Piper and RC Sproul and Michael Horton (who was my pastor's professor at Westminster) Have you ever been to Oneplace.com? It has sermons from absolutely everyone for free and I love it.
Don't stop talking about yourself. You and your family are worth getting to know!
I am. This one is especially sweet because I was invited to stay in a condo with a friend and all it's going to cost us is gas and food money. We plan on doing nothing but sitting on the beach and then sleeping.
1. I have about 20 blogs and yours and Donna's are 2 of my favorites. 2. I love that picture of your family in the sidebar. 3. I live in Missouri. 4. I have six children . . . 3 his, 3 mine . . . a Brady Bunch. 5. I would love to blog, but I'm afraid it would become a grind when I don't have anything to say.
I honestly can't think of anything interesting about me, but random I can do.... 1. I love the beach, but hate dirty sand. 2. I wish i had been born at the turn of the 20th century, but in the upper class. ha. 3. My Granmother was a missionary here on Hopi lands and I met the leader of the tribe she led to Christ. 4. Having 5 kids when you were told you couldn't have any is quite amazing to me still. 5. I think there is a song in my head every minute of the day. Actually it's a curse. HA
Homemakers by Choice (where I am one of the teachers) has podcasts for FREE on ONEPLACE.com and I think i have a teaching on purity airing next week. I'll keep you posted. No pun intended.
LOVE Yellowstone, what beautiful pictures. So glad your family could do that. BLessings, Sister-Arizonan!

I actually saw them there last night but I didn't know you were so closely tied and I didn't know you teach there! That's wonderful. :) We joke because we have a lot in common and guess what?? I didn't think I could have kids either and I was blessed with 5 too.

Hi Laura! I'm heading your way now. :)
Five random things about me....
what could I possibly tell you that would be interesting???
Oh dear!
1. I like wet food. The more gravy the better.
2. My family room couch is a collector of things...way too many things. So is the kitchen table.
3. I find it hard to drive on the highway at night. The lights are bothersome.
4. My favorite magazine is Cottage Living.
5. Patrick joined a church this week. Blessed Sacrament. First church he has ever joined.

Oy Vey! Clearly blogger.com wants me to remain a lurker...my comments were eaten. Off to return to the shadows I go.
Oh Linda, I'm so sorry. I wonder where they went? That's just cruel, you took the time to comment and I live for comments. LOL :)
Another vacation!!!
You are so blessed!
