Monster Cookies
1/2 lb butter
2 C. sugar
2 1/3 C. brown sugar
6 eggs
2 T. karo syrup
4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 C. peanut butter
9 C. oatmeal
2 C. M & M's
1 C. chocolate chips
Bake @ 350 for about 10 minutes.
I use a large cookie scoop, my girlfriend uses her icecream scoop.
This recipe fills my Bosch bowl, if you're hand mixing I would halve the recipe.
I think I made around 75 large cookies (I didn't count).
We have not eaten all the cookies I made yesterday. I quickly popped 45 in the freezer for our roadtrip.
Enjoy!! They are delicious.

BACK AWAY FROM THE MONSTER COOKIES
Lovingly
Janet.
Janet,
Make that 43 cookies that you "popped" into the freezer - I couldn't help myself when I stopped back by your house to pick up my kids :)
Stacey
Someone made these for the teachers on teacher appreciation week and they were the best cookies ever! I will copy this recipe, make it for my boys and try not to eat half of them myself! sister sue
YUMMY! My friend makes these with an ice cream scooper!
Janet I love your red turner and couldn't help but notice your Longaberger recipe file box. That is one item I am sorry I did not buy back in the day, it's a nice way to keep recipes.
Ok, I need to know....am I gonna be missing Donna all next week....

You are very sweet...
I am back already :o)
Where are you?? ;)
Hi Cindy, I'm in Oceanside CA!! It is beautiful here, 75 and bright blue skies. We'll be home on Sat., maybe I'll blog when we get back. TTFN Janet.
What makes these "monster" cookies?
Is it the size, or the number of ingredients?
Whatever the answer, we'll have to make these this week. My boys will love them.
Crissy
